It describes in a comprehensive way what language learners have to learn to do in order to use a language for communication and what knowledge and skills they have to develop so as to be able to act effectively.

The description also covers the cultural context in which language is set. This will lead to the utilization and construction of a wide variety of materials that support differentiated instruction. Additionally, this syllabus will highlight a host of different elements that can be found in a contemporary literacy program, i.

Learning expectations, fundamental and secondary, will be explicit and easy to comprehend. Similarly, teaching strategies will be specific and easy to adopt and to be applied in the classroom.

Thus, the syllabus will be a perfect companion to all educators involved in Greek Language Education, regardless of whether they are certified teachers or not.

In addition, students interested in broad aspects of environment, coastal management, law, and politics, aqua culture, marine biology, oceanography, humanities, Mediterranean Studies and language will find this program attractive and useful. Every Paideia program academic director studied in United States and knows the American student. Every Paideia Academic Director has one or two administrative secretaries appointed also by Paideia affiliated Greek Universities. The academic director is responsible also for the well being and safety of the students. The academic directors together with an administrative secretary in each university and assistant directors who are appointed by Paideia will be able to work with personnel from Greek affiliated universities, local authorities on a variety of matters such as housing, meals, transportation, cultural activities, contacts with local people, miscellaneous needs of students, local and national excursions.

The Task Force joins the University and community members in condemning hateful speech. These events underscore the continued need for the University to identify and demonstrate commitment to meeting the needs of Asian and Asian American students, scholars, and community members as well as other targeted and structurally marginalized communities.
